+Due to limited resources associated with the VATT operation, failure to comply with these procedures may result in a delay or loss of observing time. "Secondary permits" to enter the Red Squirrel Refugium are no longer required for observers or those undertaking routine work at MGIO.
+However, visitors and those not conducting official MGIO business will need to obtain a permit by sending email to babril@as.arizona.edu and mgiopermit@as.arizona.edu (Please be sure to provide the names and dates for each individual.)
+For observers the following information is needed:
+  * Room reservations: Please contact Gary Gray at least 1 week prior to visit, with copy to boyle@as.arizona.edu
+  * Please be sure to provide the names and dates of each individual.
+  * Vehicle permits: If you will not be driving a state or federally licensed vehicle, please provide to Barbara Abril the following information: Year, Make, Model, Color, State, License # and whom the vehicle is registered to.
+  * Supplies provided: If you need the gate key, radio, instruction sheets (milepost log, radio instructions and frequencies etc.), please also contact Barbara Abril.
+  * Arrival time: Base camp hours are from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. It is very important that you advise us of your arrival time. If you will be arriving after hours/weekends, you will need to use the personnel gate and retrieve your information from the lockbox (located on the front corner of building). Please be sure to obtain the combination for the gate and lockbox from Barbara Abril in advance.
