This version is ideal for someone who is very familiar with the lightning shutdown procedure at the 90“ and frequently observes here. No pictures, just the bare bones!

1. Stow telescope, close mirror covers, and close dome. Stow windscreens. Stow dome and switch from Dome Control from Auto to Manual.
2. Turn IIS switch off, disable the telescope drives by hitting F10, turn off “Telescope power”, “RA oilpad”, “Main Comp” or “Aux Comp”, “RA preload” and “Dec Preload”. Turn off telescope control console.

1. Turn off 90Prime CCD and System rotary switches.
2. Turn off Dome Motor Power and Upper Dome Power.
3. Log off of, and manually shut down the following computers - weather, BokCCD2, TCS, guider, Bart, Bokpop and Bok Aux. Note - BokCCD2, and Bokpop need to shutdown using the KVM switch. Press scroll lock twice and then hit the number associated with the computer.
4. Press emergency stop switch, and turn off console UPS. Unplug the UPS.
5. After all the computers are off, turn off printer and 2 UPS in black electronics rack.

1. Unplug all the cables with the red tape under the scope after turning off the power supply, guider computer, guider chiller, lamp box.
2. Turn off Dome Motor Power and Upper Dome Power.
3. Log off of and manually shut down the following computers-weather, BokCCD1, TCS, guider, Bart, Bokpop and Bok Aux. Note – BokCCD1, and Bokpop need to shutdown using the KVM switch. Press scroll lock twice and then hit the number associated with the computer.
4. Press emergency stop switch, and turn off console UPS. Unplug the UPS.
5. After all the computers are off, turn off printer and 2 UPS in black electronics rack.

1. In the back room:
   1. Unplug 3 AC power cables, 1 twist lock plug on the back wall, disconnect the BNC and Ethernet cable out of the GPS and unplug the GPS. All of these are marked by red tape.
2. On the 2nd floor:
   1. In pier room-turn off UPS in rack, unplug the UPS power cable (marked with red tape).
   2. In office make sure the computer and printer are off/unplugged and Ethernet removed from printer. All of these are marked with red tape.
