If the displays are powered off or showing a white error page:

Check the Intel NUC
  
* Make sure the Intel NUC (a small black computer in the UPS closet) is powered on.
* Wait at least 2 minutes after powering it on, as it takes time to load the web server.

Check the Raspberry Pi units

* Plug in the two Raspberry Pis labeled telemetry and weather.
* Each Pi will automatically launch a web browser in full-screen mode and load the correct URL.
