 A Stage II fire restriction went into effect Tuesday, May 1st for Mt. Graham. Please use extreme caution in everything you do when travelling or working on the mountain.
-We have conducted two physical fire alarm tests. One on the VATT and one on the LBT. Both communicated off the mountain on cue; accuately describing the alarm locations to UAPD dispatch and the Fire Safety office. We hope to test the SMT soon, perhaps tomorrow, the 2nd.
+MGIO and The Fire Safety Offce continue to test the fire alarm communications system at least twice a week.
+The Apache Summer Youth Crew began working Monday June 4th. They will be conducting their usual summer work activities at base camp, Bonita and on the summit. We are looking forward to another good productive summer!
