H. Alyson Ford

My research focuses on the gaseous content of galaxies and the processes that shape this gas, including star formation, stellar feedback, and accreting gas. I use multi-wavelength observations to study these topics, ranging from UV through the optical to the radio.

Other interests of mine include image processing, space situational awareness, passive, bistatic and active radar, satellite communications, and instrumentation.

In my spare time I enjoy mountain biking, music, and exploring. :)
